This is a nourishing self care retreat for mothers.

The aim of this retreat is to allow you to learn the art of Daring to Rest TM Yoga Nidra so you can relax deeply and slow down from the rush of life.

Yoga Nidra does not involve any yoga poses – all it asks is for you to lie down and surrender to rest. Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep and it allows you to enter a deep state of relaxation by listening to Alison Barker, the facilitator, who will guide you with body rotation, imagery and visualisation.

Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra incorporates women’s empowerment into the practice which is a beautiful dimension for mothers.

As mothers, we are always caring for everyone else and giving so much of ourselves as the CEO and chief influencer of our families and homes.

But who holds you, the mother?

This is your time to invest in yourself and finally stop spinning all the plates and step out of your busy world into a space of calm and peace with like minded mamas.

It will be held in the beautiful 42 Acres retreat in Shoreditch in London. The venue is planet-friendly and socially aware and invites nature and community into their living, breathing space. They use the most ecological and socially conscious products and services. Alison couldn’t be happier to share Yoga Nidra with you in this beautiful space.
