I am a wellbeing life coach and work using colour and creative techniques. I have a small and growing private coaching practice. Recently, I helped out at a local drop-in centre locally because I’d heard visitors had asked for creative sessions. It was just one morning a week and the time flies when we are flowing in creativity and quiet conversation. I also facilitate group wellbeing sessions with women who have faced challenging domestic issues at home.
In the corporate world, I work with the big picture, teams and individuals to support service transformation. Creativity, play techniques and collaboration underpin the way I work.
I’m proud to be collaborating with Shahana who has been practising yoga for almost twenty years.
Shahana Yasmin is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa and incorporates the gentle restorative features of Yin Yoga and is a member of the Yoga Alliance.org. She also studied Sport and Exercise Science at University and has received numerous sports and coaching awards of achievements in her career. She designs and leads yoga training courses and regularly hosts yoga retreats abroad.
I believe in the healing power of yoga as a method of restoring balance back to the body, mind and most importantly life.
My teaching incorporates the powerful sequencing of the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga discipline, along with the gentle restorative features of Yin Yoga.
She is utterly creative and has an explorative and experimental approach to workshops. She loves sound healing and will be bringing her larger than life approach to mandala-making to our workshop. It is a joy to be collaborating with Shahana.
