The festive season can be filled with cheer and merriment and can equally feel stressful and have a lack of meaning at times.
Join us to explore ways to look after your wellbeing through the festive season and do something to give a little back to people less fortunate.
The first half of the evening will be topping up on our self-care with a little meditation and a gratitude session from one of our happiness graduates Shaileen Shah. (As we can’t give from an empty cup :-))
The second half, we will be making packages of hope for the homeless and giving them out.
The evening will end with a co-created community vegan dinner. Yaaay!
Amongst the packages of hope, we invite people to write a handwritten letter of hope and support of your choice, accompanied with details of where they can get help and support, a free hot meal, shower and a place to stay in Shoreditch from this wonderful Brighter Tomorrow Map created by the amazing Focal Local.
Suggested items for the packages of hope:
Any spare coats or jumpers
Decorations for your gift bag
Whatever you feel moved to bring along 🙂
We really look forward to seeing you.
Sending love to you all x
